Some U.S. refineries reduced production in order to avoid putting a glut on the market, but Ingram said those facilities could restart production on very short notice.
Unless there is some supply interruption, he predicted more price stability this year.
"It is much more stable," he said of the gasoline supply-and-demand relationship. "Demand is so low compared to previous years."
